Class Descriptions

  • All of Foxy and Fierce Women’s Kickboxing Bootcamp classes are one hour and each class includes 25 to 30 minutes of strength training using free weights and other equipment and 25-30 minutes of real Muay Thai (kickboxing) conditioning drills. Shadow boxing, hand mitt, kicking pads, and heavy bags are incorporated into every class.
  • It is encourage to attend 5 days a week to get a proper full body workout with out over-training your muscles and to continually progress your kickboxing techniques (see below for weekly schedule).
  • In order to accommodate both beginner and advanced clients in one class exercises and drills are modified to the clients specific needs so no matter what your fitness level you are always pushed, challenged, and continually learning.

Monday
Ultimate Arms & Abs/  Kickboxing

  • Skipping rope
  • High intensity interval training
  • Arms and Ab Toning
  • Weight Training
  • Heavy bag or hand mitt work
  • Kickboxing techniques

Tuesday
Booty Blaster/ Kickboxing

  • High intensity interval training stations/ high reps for legs and butt
  • Total lower body toning
  • Punching bag or hand pad work with a partner
  • Kickboxing techniques

Wednesday
Chest & Back Strength Workout /Kickboxing

  • Skipping rope
  • High intensity interval training
  • Build strength and Lean muscle in the the chest and back
  • Weight Training
  • Heavy bag or hand mitt work
  • Kickboxing techniques

Thursday
XtremeCore (core workout)/Kickboxing 

  • Skipping rope
  • High intensity interval training/ Pilates/Plyometrics
  • Focus on the entire torso, from head to feet, in order to develop strong, solid core strength.
  • Heavy bag or hand mitt work
  • Kickboxing techniques

Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday
Muay Thai/ Conditioning

  • Skipping Rope
  • Body weight exercises for strength and conditioning.
  • Teaches tactical use of kicks, punches, elbows and knees.
  • Teaches body awerness.
  • Shadow boxing, Heavy Bag, Thai pad work with partner

Our Beginner Muay Thai Conditioning class is on Sunday at 11:15 am.
