Foxy and Fierce is an all female kickboxing Bootcamp.
1 hour, upbeat, groovy class that incorporates real Muay Thai fighting techniques, strength training, pilates toning and yoga stretches.

- Use of dumbbells and body weight to strengthen and tone the back, shoulders, chest, and arms
- Kickboxing techniques ~ punching bag or hand pad work with a partner
Friday- Kickboxing/ Conditioning
- Skipping Rope
- Interval training on the punching backs
- Conditioning and strengthening exercises on the mat
- Shadow boding, kickboxing techniques hand pad work with a partner
- One on one training with the instructor.
