Foxy and Fierce is an all female kickboxing Bootcamp.

1 hour, upbeat, groovy class that incorporates real Muay Thai fighting techniques, strength training, pilates toning and yoga stretches.

Monday- Full Body/ Kickboxing
  • High intensity interval training
  • Full body toning
  • Skipping rope
  • Weights
  • Punching bag or hand pad work
  • Kickboxing techniques
Tuesday- Butt & Legs

  • High intensity interval training stations/ high reps for legs and butt
  • Total lower body toning
  • Punching bag or hand pad work with a partner
  • Kickboxing techniques

Wednesday- Ab Burn

  • High intensity interval training
  • Focus on core and abs
  • Punching bag or hand pad work with a partner
  • Kickboxing techniques

Thursday- Upper Body

  • High intensity interval training
  • Use of dumbbells and body weight to strengthen and tone the back, shoulders, chest, and arms
  • Kickboxing techniques ~ punching bag or hand pad work with a partner

Friday- Kickboxing/ Conditioning

  • Skipping Rope
  • Interval training on the punching backs
  • Conditioning and strengthening exercises on the mat
  • Shadow boding, kickboxing techniques hand pad work with a partner
  • One on one training with the instructor.
Saturday- Kickboxing/ Conditioning (NEW! Starting 1/7/12)
  • Skipping Rope
