COVID-19 Policies and Sanitation Procedures:
First we’d like to start off by saying how much we have missed everyone!
We are excited to announce that we will be opening this Monday, June 22nd with a modified schedule.
Although this is exciting news, we want to keep in mind that this situation has created a new normal for us and we will all have to be open-minded, patient, and flexible when it comes to our “new normal” way of operating.
We also need to be mindful that studio protocols will be adjusted as information and guidelines are updated.
Please keep checking emails to be sure you are up to speed on all changes or modifications.
We have been closely monitoring the information and decisions made by the Center for Disease Control, the Governor of California, the Mayor of Los Angeles as well as the California and Los Angeles Health Departments.
Please review ALL guidelines in order to be informed and ready for returning to the studio. COVID-19 Digital Waiver must be signed.
Our class schedule is modified to reflect these new guidelines.
Not comfortable coming in? No problem and no judgement!
We have Live Stream and On Demand Classes daily through our Virtual Gym!
What to expect:
Due to social distancing we have reduced our class size to 10 people. This will allow ample space to move around while still keeping the recommended 6 ft distance.
Please arrive, wearing your face mask, no earlier than 5 minutes before the class start time. Upon entering you will tell us your name and we will check you in. A no touch temperature reading will be taken at the door. Any temperature over 100.4 will not be allowed to attend class. In the event the weather outside is very hot or a client is walking to class we will allow a 5 min grace period to take a new temperature check.
There will be a hand sanitizer station at the front desk. Please sanitize your hands and/ we recommend using soap and water in the restroom. After check in we will have a shoe santition area. You have the option to wear shoes in class due to safety issues while skipping rope and lifting weights. If you choose to wear shoes in class they must be sanitized upon entry. Put your items in the cubby and have your water available. No water on the dojo floor.
Your instructor will let you know what equipment you will need for class. A yoga mat, jump rope, ankle weights, booty bands and /or hand weights. Kickboxing gloves and hand wraps are required for class. We will not be renting gloves out at this time.
You may purchase gloves for $45 and hand wraps for $10. You have the option to train with your mask on however it is not mandatory. Although all equipment will be clean and disinfected we are taking additional precautions and having our members wipe down all equipment they will be using with a disinfectant wipe prior to class starting.
We will be keeping 6 feet apart with appropriate markers on the floor to help ensure proper distance.
There will be 30minutes in between classes for proper cleaning protocols.
We ask that our clients exit the studio after the class so we can get ready for the next class.
All Classes must be reserved online. No walk-ins at this time.
