In Studio Classes

We Are Open!
We are offering limited Covid-safe classes in our studio, currently twice a week and will expand over the coming weeks/months. No more than 10 people per class with social distancing and masks required.

In Studio classes are full studio workouts with heavy bag and focus mitt rounds as well as cardio and full body exercises.

Monday, 6:30pm – Arms & Abs Kickboxing
Friday, 6:30pm – Muay Thai Conditioning

Workouts For Everyone

At Foxy & Fierce we’ve built our workouts around your body and what it needs. Select a focus area or train your full body, head to toe! Our classes are a curated blend of warmup, stretching, bodywork, kickboxing techniques, conditioning and cool down that will leave you refreshed, strengthened and energized!

All classes are offered in real time via Live Stream or on demand via our online Video Library. Log in with your classmates and instructors weekday mornings, or fire up a recorded class and work out on your own schedule.
